About Me

Pam Killeen

In the 1980s, I experienced a severe health crisis, collapsing with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and multiple chemical sensitivities. This forced me to embark on a journey of self-healing and recovery. Along the way, I intensively studied nutrition and natural health, consulting numerous well-intentioned clinicians who, unfortunately, were often dangerously misinformed. Their misguided advice frequently exacerbated my condition, teaching me to be highly discerning about health information.

I hold university degrees in languages and education, but my health challenges prevented me from pursuing a career in teaching languages. However, after successfully overcoming chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and multiple chemical sensitivities, I found a new purpose in education … teaching others how to regain their health.

If you’re simply looking for someone to manage your disease, I may not be the right fit for you. However, if you’re tired of feeling sick and exhausted, and are genuinely committed to getting well, I am here to help you help yourself achieve true wellness.
Why am I recommending circadian principles to my clients?
Throughout my years assisting clients deal with diverse health challenges, I’ve witnessed remarkable improvements. Yet, I was frustrated when some clients took longer to get well than others. Something was missing. Driven by a desire to speed up the healing process, I set out determined to find natural health strategies that would help expedite their recovery time.

Inspired by the work of trailblazers like Jack Kruse and other circadian researchers, I’ve come to a resounding conclusion: supporting our circadian biology is paramount. Circadian health forms the bedrock of our well-being. To reclaim health or sustain it, embracing circadian protocols is imperative. While cultivating a healthy circadian biology should be instinctive, our modern disconnect from Mother Nature might make it challenging for some to realign with their natural rhythm. Hence, the reason why I’ve decided to start a support group, the Sleep Better Forum, to help encourage members to adhere to healthy circadian practices.

Embracing a circadian lifestyle can transform your approach to wellness. By harmonizing your daily routines, behaviors, and environments with your body’s natural rhythms, you unlock your innate potential for healing and vitality.
