Mineral Balancing and Circadian Rhythm Restoration

Rebuild the Terrain Your Health Depends On

I’m Pam Killeen, a mineral balancing practitioner and nutritional consultant in London, Ontario. For nearly forty years I have helped people work out why their energy, sleep and digestion stopped working properly. The answer usually starts with minerals, sunlight and rhythm.

Parasites & the Terrain

How Circadian Rhythm, Sunlight, and Minerals Build Natural Resistance

Most parasite books tell you how to kill the invader. This one asks why your body let them take hold in the first place. It is the terrain-first framework I have been building with clients for decades, written down properly, with more than 240 scientific references and a foreword by Dr. Joseph Mercola.

Where to Start

Take the questionnaire

Free, no obligation, and longer than a typical intake form on purpose. Most people find something in it they had been talked out of noticing.

Work with me

Consultations, hair tissue mineral analysis, and the Quantum Mineral Balancing program. All remote, wherever you are.

Every tracker from the book, free to download. The terrain self-assessment, the daily foundation tracker and the weekly symptom tracker.

The Method

Quantum Mineral Balancingâ„¢

Mineral balancing that takes light seriously.

For years I told clients to get outside, walk barefoot, spend time in nature. I knew it helped. I could not fully explain why, and I had no way to guide what they were doing with light through the rest of the day.

Looking back, the clients who did well probably had decent circadian habits without either of us realising it. The ones who struggled probably did not.

That is the piece I added. Light sets the timing for everything downstream, including whether your body can hold onto the minerals you give it. Sunlight first, then minerals, then rest. In that order, balance stops being something you force.

Sleep

Sleep Is the Outcome, Not the Starting Point

Most sleep advice treats sleep as the thing to fix. Blackout curtains, a cooler room, an earlier bedtime. Those help, and they are worth doing. But if sleep has been unreliable for years, it is usually reporting on something upstream: minerals that are out of balance, light signals arriving at the wrong times, or a nervous system that never gets to stand down.

Fix the signal and the sleep tends to follow. That is why sleep and terrain are the same subject in my work, and why both are in the book.
