What If Your Fatigue, Brain Fog, and Mystery Symptoms Aren’t Just “Stress”?

Most parasite books tell you how to kill the invader. This one asks a better question: why did your body let them settle in the first place?

Sunlight, minerals, and circadian rhythm. The three things nobody connects to parasites, and the reason your cleanses never stuck.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Most Parasite Books Hand You a 30-Day Cleanse and Call It a Day

Parasites & the Terrain asks the question those books skip: why did parasites move in to begin with?

Drawing on nearly forty years in natural health, Pam Killeen argues that parasites rarely arrive alone. They travel with candida, bacterial imbalance, and chronic infection, all thriving in the same weakened terrain: one disrupted by poor sleep, artificial light, mineral deficiencies, processed foods, chronic stress, sluggish drainage, and modern environmental burdens.

Instead of chasing endless cleanses, this book offers a terrain-first framework for restoring resilience through minerals, circadian rhythm, sunlight, breathwork, ancestral nutrition, and strategic detoxification.

Fix the terrain, and you stop being a good host.

READ THE OPENING

Most parasite books focus on killing the invader. Parasites & the Terrain asks a more important question: Why do parasites take hold in the first place?

Drawing on nearly forty years in natural health, coach and nutritional consultant Pam Killeen argues that parasites rarely arrive alone. They travel with candida, bacterial imbalance, and chronic infection, all thriving in the same weakened terrain — one disrupted by poor sleep, artificial light, mineral deficiencies, processed foods, chronic stress, sluggish drainage, and modern environmental burdens. Instead of chasing endless cleanses, she offers a comprehensive, terrain-first framework for restoring resilience through minerals, circadian rhythm, sunlight, breathwork, ancestral nutrition, and strategic detoxification.

Featuring a foreword by Dr. Joseph Mercola, whose New York Times bestseller The Great Bird Flu Hoax Pam co-authored, this research-backed guide answers the question Dr. Hulda Clark asked decades ago: what happens when we clean up the internal terrain and reduce parasitic burden at the same time? Inside, you’ll find practical protocols, the four-phase Open, Kill, Bind, Rebuild sequence, and more than 240 scientific references to help readers strengthen digestion, energy, natural resistance, and long-term wellness.

Perfect for readers of Dr. Tom Cowan, Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Weston A. Price, Sally Fallon, Dr. Jack Kruse, Satchin Panda, and Morley Robbins (Cure Your Fatigue), and for followers of terrain theory, circadian health, mineral balancing, and gut restoration protocols, this thought-provoking natural health book offers a fresh perspective on parasites, chronic symptoms, and the body’s remarkable capacity to heal when the terrain is restored.

For anyone seeking answers beyond conventional parasite cleanses, Parasites & the Terrain provides a practical roadmap to building a body that is stronger, more resilient, and harder for chronic illness to take hold in.

From the Introduction to Parasites & the Terrain

THE FULLER SEQUENCE

Open, Kill, Bind, Rebuild

Sequence is everything. Most cleanses fail because they skip straight to killing, before the body has anywhere to put what gets released. Chapter 11 lays out the fuller sequence.

01

Open

Clear the drainage pathways first. Bile, bowels, lymph, and kidneys need to be moving before anything gets mobilized.

02

Kill

Targeted firepower, not friendly fire. Pulsed antimicrobials and biofilm disruption, applied once the exits are open.

03

Bind

Escort the debris out. Binders and timing, so what gets released actually leaves rather than recirculating.

04

Rebuild

Restore what was lost. Minerals, bile flow, gut lining, and the rhythms that keep the terrain hostile to reinfection.

WHAT MAKES THIS BOOK DIFFERENT

Different From Every Other Parasite Book

Goes Upstream

Other books tell you how to kill parasites. This one explains why your body invited them in, and how to make sure they can’t come back.

The Terrain Trinity

Sunlight, minerals, and circadian rhythm. You won’t find this combination in any competing book, and it’s the reason the results hold.

Written in Plain English

Casual and down to earth, even if you’ve never heard of ceruloplasmin or copper bioavailability. You will by the end.

Deeply Researched

More than 240 endnotes from peer-reviewed science, named and checkable. Every claim can be traced.

Time-Tested Tools

Castor oil packs, coffee enemas, liver flushes, biofilm disruptors. Approaches backed by both history and modern research.

The Gut–Brain Connection

Brain fog, anxiety, and mood swings, explained through the parasite–gut–brain triangle, with something to actually do about it.

CHAPTER BREAKDOWN

20 Chapters. Four Parts. One Argument.

The book builds in order, from why parasites thrive now, to a full strategy for restoring the terrain they depend on.

Part One

Foundations

Light, minerals, and the body’s inner order. Why parasites are thriving today, what history suggests about their link to cancer, and the roles copper, sunlight, cortisol, and breath play in your defenses.

  • The parasite and cancer question, and what remains untested
  • How copper and ceruloplasmin govern your energy
  • Why morning sunlight is a first line of defense
Part Two

Modern Modulators

Signals, sugar, and water. How electromagnetic exposure, blood sugar swings, and the water you drink quietly erode your natural resistance.

  • nnEMFs and bioelectric coherence, explained plainly
  • The sugar, insulin, and mineral loss loop
  • Why your water may be working against you
Part Three

Detection and Strategy

Patterns, sequence, and the art of drainage. Why standard testing misses so much, and the four-phase sequence that replaces the old three-step cleanse.

  • Why lab tests miss most of what matters
  • Open, Kill, Bind, Rebuild, in the right order
  • Castor oil packs, coffee enemas, and liver flushes
Part Four

Repair and Resilience

Rewiring the terrain. Mineral balancing, vitamin D, ancestral nutrition, aging, the surprising science of nicotine, and clearing the toxic load.

  • Quantum Mineral Balancing and hair tissue mineral analysis
  • Vitamin D, sleep, and the B-vitamin connection
  • The gut, gait, and mobility link in aging
